Approach to the Eye

The experience begins with a short video lasting either '3 minutes' or '5 minutes,' during which viewers are encouraged to gaze intently. Initially, the image appears blurred and out of focus. Over time, one might find that the effort to focus dissipates, allowing the eye muscles to relax.

Approach to the Brain

This video employs Gabor waves, a pattern that is easily recognized by the primary visual cortex (V1). However, it deliberately provides limited information to the secondary visual cortex (V2). The objective is to engage V2 more actively, promoting enhanced processing capabilities. After viewing for '3 minutes' or '5 minutes,' observers may notice that the contours of the image begin to sharpen and clarify.
